you could use skinstudio to open and then convert to a msstile but with the limitations of a msstile. If I am not mistaken

i have download the trail version of skinstudio but i cant find how to convert :(

With Skinstudio you can convert MSStyles to Windowblinds, <b>NOT</b> the other way. <br />The only way would be to &acute;manually&acute; convert it, as in building your own MSStyle using the graphics from the Windowblind. <br />(remember permission from original author(s) if you plan on releasing the MSStyle)

Yep, you can use StyleBuilder to make an .msstyle using the graphics from the blind file. Alot more time consuming than a simple one button conversion (like .msstyle to WB in SS) but with the graphics already created you got the hard part licked. Good luck!:-)
