All I can suggest is you check your screen resolution is set to the size originally intended for the skin which would have been 1024x768 and upwards. Are you using a legitimate copy of WindowBlinds or a cracked version? Have you tried changing your icon sizes from 32 to 48 or vice versa. I have never had a problem with either of those two skins. :congrats 😎 ;)
