Hey Bruno ;)

I had to work with an Apple for 3 month in the Advertising agency.......
the designers told me it would be so much easier than PC. :,
But to be honest - I didn´t like the interface at all, the system worked very slow with software like FreeHand, InDesign, Photoshop CS II etc., it crashed appr. twice a day and needed ages to reboot, also I found it very hard going to get to your files.
At the end of the day I was happy going back back to my good old Win-xplorer.......
press 2 keys - and there are all yourfiles, nicely listed up. :)
This was my first (although not very long) experience with an Apple, but I wouldn´t be sad if it was also my last one ever. I will definitely never buy one for myself.

But ! Maybe I´ve just been boneheaded because I had to learn a totally new operating system and designer programs which I never worked with before, at the same time :, 😂

However, good luck with it, Bruno ! And I would love to know how you´re getting on with it. ❤️
They are the most common used computer by designers because the quality of render is superior to a normal PC running Windows....Layne Karkruffs work at BlueHeartSky.com is a fine example of the standard that an Apple can achieve. :congrats 😎 ;)
I´m also a mac user :) I have iMac 20", macBook and mac mini ...

Good luck + :congrats, Bruno. Exciting! I read the other day XP (windows) works on a MAC with a certain addon. Wonder how it behaves. And whether MAC OS works on IBM compatible hardware, too? Tell us more of your experiences. Really curious about MACS lately, for example as an additional unit one day like you might be using it now. And which other apps you use on the mac. :fun
Thats right, with intel Mac machines you can easily run Windows XP or even Windows Vista. You just need bootcamp, which can be downloaded from apple website or even better solution is to run Parallel under Mac OS X
My next computer will be a Mac! :congrats 😎 ;)
