Very useful information. Is it just me,but I just installed Firefox so I could download a file that IE7 was blocking and first impressions of Firefox is that it is very slow and text is harder to read. I have DSL. Do I have to uninstall IE7 to make it run faster(which I don´t want to do)? What you are saying seems to confirm the slowness. :Happy

This is a tweak i´m also using,IE7 for what i know has nothing to do with slow browsing in firefox, there´s also a ready add on called fasterfox in alternative to manual settings, anyways it could also be useful to try and modify the value of 30 requests at once in" network.http.
pipelining.maxrequests according to the DSL speed of your connection, other useful add ons
are flashblock to block flash objects and RefControl to control what´s transmitted to sites as http referer, there are plenty of add ons on the Mozilla.org site (you can reach it directly from your browser>tools>add ons>download add ons (at least firefox is NOT part of the system,
but an external software, this was the main reason i started to use it some years ago) :Happy โค๏ธ

Yeah, can´t see why you are having problems etype2... suggest you open up ´help\for IE users´ and familiarise yourself with Firefox... but believe me it sure ain´t slow LOL
Use the ´view\text size´ option if you need to resize text to make it more readable.
