deviantart is good, wincustomize is so-so, unless you like glassy, bubbly stuff >.< <br /> <br />try customize.org, its the best one out there.

My home sites, and ones I think are wonderful and friendly, like here are skinnalcious.net and clwoods Gallery. Also pinchecl.com, DA, Skin Artistry, ArtZone , Cornucopia, and a couple others. <br />I am as interested, perhaps even more interested in the atmosphere and ambiance of a place as well as how I am treated (by both staff and members alike) and made to feel as I am the variety of content they have. Had a look at some of the above mentioned and found a whole new world out there. Some great and interesting sites. I&acute;ll have to broaden my horizons a little now.
