My opinion bug were fixed now. I&acute;ve also added one new feature to it :) Not so big, but I guess worth to mention. After your votes your opinion will be bold and red, so you could know in future what was your vote. <br /> <br />I&acute;ve also fix some bug in upload, which I made yesterday when updating the code. Well, I have to say, I am VERY impressed with what is going on. The votes that members can participate in is a huge bonus. The whole site looks great. The speed seems to be excellent now. I discovered another. In chat - if you click on &quot;pop up chat&quot; to open the box to see who is on, as well as post text, it seems that it will not get posted that way. Yet, if I type below the chat section on the main page, it goes in fine. This is defititely new, because I always used it the way that does not seem to work now. <br /> :,

Nice work, haven&acute;t seen any problems, the only thing I&acute;ve notice is the Other Uploads panel doesn&acute;t show unless your logged in, maybe its by design, but it would be nice if it did show either way 👏 cheers 🍺 🍺

The &quot;browse sections&quot; should be pointed out a lot more. And should be renamed to &quot;browse categories&quot;. People new to skinbase told me it´s hard to find the &quot;non-top-categories&quot;. Most of them think they´re not available at skinbase.

Well, as of the time I wrote my above statement, when I spoke of the comments being placed all over, I did not refer to the comments within a particular work. Perhaps that was the understanding. I saw that was happening for a while too. The feature I refer to and use all the time is the &quot;latest comments&quot; on the left of the main page. I like reading what is said about works, additionally - it may give me a look at a work posted that I missed. Last night, I posted 3-5 comments, and when I checked &quot;latest comments, they were not there. This morning I did this same thing, and they are posted - while two of the same (not from me) remain above. So, its certainly better now... <br /> <br />The speed of the site - I have to say I notice no marked improvements (overall)at all. It has its strong moments, then it is painfully slow. The points you spoke to Brett&acute;s concerns probably are valid, and I am sure its being worked on. <br /> <br />Thank you!

Fred what I see now is that it works OK, the last work is on the top and the rest in the &quot;more&quot; option. ;)

Sally is absolutely correct - I just made a series of comments, and none show in &quot;latest comments&quot; So, they are definitely going in out of order. I noticed this actually for some time now, even during the ending days of the old version.

Hi Here&acute;s a few. <br /> <br />1 I had the same problem with the old Skinbase so it may just be I&acute;m doing it wrong. When I update a picture ie send a new zip and preview the preview is not there and the zoom icon is also missing on the detailed view. <br /> <br />2 The new Skinbase is so slow it is almost unusable. Each page takes 30 to 45 secs to load. <br /> <br />3 When you click on a picture to preview it the picture no longer loads into a new window as before. I then have to go back to the previous page and wait another 30 to 45 secs for it to reload. <br /> <br />4 The grey background has gone when you preview pictures ans has been replaced with a white one. All the pictures looked better on grey plus you could always see any white border on peoples pictures. <br /> <br /> <br />All the best Brett. <br /> <br />

The problem with the &quot;random order comments&quot; has been corrected, as I said above Fred. <br /> <br />We will fix what you have mention Brett, though <b> the new SB is very fast </b> , unless some periods of time that we are working with the code and the issue of overloaded Server which we are trying to fix too. ;)

I like the new skinbase, it is much clearer arranged now without losing it´s characteristic friendly-slightly-chaotic look :congrats <br /> <br />It works very well with most systems but I got big problems on my win98/firefox system. You see only a white background with all pics on the left side. Anyone else experienced that? <br /> <br />Another thing is: Where are the ratings? I didn´t find them in skin ststistics or somewhere else, though the numbers of rates are showed. Are You planning to omit them completely in future?

Hi <br />Thought i&acute;d chuck in my twopennyworth. I find the home page slow to load. Far slower than it used to be. But once in it shunts along nicely (8meg broadband).It is always slower in little old europe anyway once our freinds across the pond come online about 14:00 GMT I&acute;m having no known issues with running Firefox. I&acute;m using version 2.0.0.4. Everything downloads/uploads as it should except when i do download it is a php file ext. instead of a jpeg/bmp file. But i just rename the ext.to jpg and everythings ok. <br />Small qualm is on the received comments page. Time received is very faint and blurred and icons are slightly blurred.Apart from that spot on guys. 👏

yep, ctr/F5 worked! So it was the old stuff in the cache... <br /> <br />nevertheless this site is by far the MOST challenging one for my old PC with ISDN! Before the new skinbase I actually sometimes had to reboot my system cause that was too much for it , no joke! But I must say it became much better/faster with the new skinbase. And mybe if everything is finished, I won´t even realize how fast it loads, cause I´m so used to making and drinking an espresso, washing my hair, feeding the cats, cleaning the rooms after pressing &quot;skinbase.org&quot; :p Nevertheless, isn´t it possible to at least turn off those masses of smiley and curser-advertisement nobody really needs? It sucks! Forget it, I´ll try to find out myself, of course you can´t give me am instruction here how to get rid of your sponsors <br /> <br /> :p
