You are right. This is one of my highest priorities. Get the grey scale,gamma,color temperature set as best you can. A good grey scale will yield the best color reproduction. Correct gamma,will help eliminate banding. If the color temperature is to high,your screen will look blue,to low,it will look reddish. <br /> <br />I have been lucky to have a good quality monitor,18 inch,1600x1200 since 2002. But it is time to move on. Looking to get a pro 24 inch 1920x1200. <br /> <br />If one does digital artwork and wants to sell it,essential to have the best quality one can afford. :Happy 👏 👏 <br /> <br />Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
