I&acute;ll tell you this &acute;cos I hope it will make you smile... my partner comes from real French peasant stock ( that&acute;s something to be proud of LOL ) her grandmother used to have an expression &quot;Life is a cake made of crap, and every day you have to eat a slice&quot;... the first time I heard it I was a bit shocked, but then I realised if you have her attitude there isn&acute;t much that is going to upset you in the grander scheme of things. <br /> <br />And cynic I may have become, but so far she has been proved to be right LOL <br /> <br />I&acute;m sorry to hear that things haven&acute;t been going well Cindi, but none of it is really controlable. Thank you mikelly, Dom, and mickeblue. It is terribly sad for many reasons, but it is a part of life. It helps that I believe they are in a better place. As far as the way things go. I have tried to follow my mothers lead. She taught me, &quot;We can&acute;t help what other people do or how things go. Only how we react to it.&quot; I haven&acute;t always reacted the best way, but I try. I also try to believe that we make life, it doesn&acute;t make us. <br />Thanks for the story mickeblue. ❤️
