This is a cool operating system. I have been running it as a virtual machine for a couple months. It seems more stable than vista. They streamlined it a bit...and it´s definitely easier to navigate in windows explorer. I think Vista will turn out to be the Windows ME in between 98 and XP.Anyway, if you have a spare machine or virtual software, I urge you to give it a try. <br /> <br /> Dav <br /> <br />

It IS a cool operating system!I did get the beta after many hours of dealing with Microsoft´s servers being down for "maintenance" because of overwhelming demand.I loaded it on my D drive and it screams.Way faster than XP and honestly,I never gave Vista a try.I didn´t like it much from what I saw.I loaded Adobe CS4 Master Collection onto Windows 7 and I was given a message that said I needed XPSP3 or Vista SP1 to install.I clicked on continue anyway and viola,it installed without a hitch!Very nice OS.I am excited about this one and hopefully they will have it ready for release sometime next year.I´m sure it´s not ready for all of the software that was compatible with XP or even Vista yet,but for what I need to try it out,so far it ROCKS!!! 👏 👏 👏
