Its called a --- HTML script virus NOT dangerous [just work for your virus protection --- GREG has been notified :)
Some browsers are better or worse in displaying the warning. I get the warning with Safari 4 for Windows. Can´t be sure if it´s bonafide, better to be safe then sorry and contact Google with the Admin tools to find the source. More then just one person seeing this.
I use AVG and have had no warnings. I don´t think there is a virus either. AVG is known for false alarms. ❤️
Come on sed, don´t make people worrying about nothing, <b>there is no virus</b>, just a false alarm!
If youre not getting a warning --- DOES THAT MEAN it isnt there?? IT IS!! My virus protection blocks it everytime [its blocking SOMETHING!] Better run your cookie cleaner friends. 😮
I use Firefox and have never received any warnings from any spyware, etc., software that I have on my computer. Any idea what happened?
i guess you fix it NO MORE Warnings , Great Site this is ..... thanks Nikos :congrats
I tried Google Chrome last night and today, the latest version 2.0.172.31, and I had no virus warnings at all! Strange!
I checked all again and it seems to ONLY be a problem using Google Chrome 2.0 - both on Windows7 and Vista <br />all the other browsers are OK .... no warnings ...(FF IE8 Opera 9.6 and 10 ) - i just happen to use GChrome most of the time .... <br />it´s really no big deal .....
I have IE6 and good virus protection---- Just got used to denying access EVERYTIME I click the SKINBASE at the left corner or change pages
AzDude with what browser you get the warnings? <br />
We are looking for this second warning again, though only a few people get this warning... weird :(
I still get this warning before i can log on 😢
I am still getting warnings by AVG. But when scanned by it and malwarebytes it is not found.
Someone has post a Virus in the Kaaza library, it wasn´t really dangerous, any way it is fixed now... Back to normal again ;)
NOT dangerous or not leave your virus protection ON
That´s the exact thing I read when the warning prompted to find out why it came up. I can be fixed, and actually hasn´t caused any problems except for the warning that keeps coming up! Wierd? Yes!
.... also think it depends on the virus protection used. No expert though.
I am currently running Google Chrome as my internet browser and no problems!!! so far.... :fun
I test almost all the browsers with no Virus warning Marshal! <br> <br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">DON´T TRUST 100% YOUR <span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 10pt;">ANTIVIRUS|OR OTHER SIMILAR PROGRAMS</span>! They give very often <span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 10pt;">FALSE ALARMS</span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 10pt;"></span></span>!</span>
The warning dropped off my computer starting June 15. <br /> <br />You are right Nikos, not always 100% accurate. <br /> <br />We buy/use virus software to protect our computers. It is up to each person to decide if the warnings are bonafide. Like I said above, better to be safe then sorry. <br /> <br />I have been at Skinbase for a long time, this is the first time I received a warning and since it coincided with others receiving it, was concerned. Glad that all is back to normal, Nikos. <br /> :Happy
Everything is cool Marshall! :)
