yes grimspoon, I have v3.1.......... and my brain is fired with all the problems in the last 30days and now trying to get these settings done on WXP and the well known wblind settings, I think I´m going crazy :-(

I found the setting to skin the taskbar, but then the toolbar/menu buttons and the quick launch buttons won´t skin............ I might as well stick my head in the oven and turn on the gas....... because I´m going bald lol
Chichi... I would do another XP install.. it only takes an hour and all your settings stay pretty much the same. I have found on a lot of occasions, because of the compatibility issues with Xp and some applications, it is better to reinstall just in case some major settings have been changed in the registry.

I have had this problem with my first Whistler Beta which was early XP, but I don´t have it now.. so I just presume that it could be compatibility issues.
I don´t think any settings got corrupted for W XP, I think my main problem is Wblinds settings....... All of wblind settings are not just in one place, they are scattered all over...... you have settings in several areas between the "displays properties window and wblinds configuration window" lol lol lol and I think I´m missing a setting to be checked or an exclusion to be removed?

To be more clear.... it must be a man in my opinion, that has desinged and organized as to where the settings are to be scattered in WindowBlinds LOL LOL sorry, but a woman is more oganized and would partician settings in a "ONE" confined area, and a man is not happy unless he can yell where the hell is it lol ....... he he he ROTFLMAO I´m trying to keep my humor up lol
Well, since I use "those other" apps, I don´t have that problem...
{:p
hehe.. Chichi, that may be true, you should never let a man who suffers from domestic blindness construct these apps.

But it´s true.. I had a quick look through the settings and there is no ´return settings to default´ option anywhere . However, I have not touched my settings since I installed the damn thing and everything seems to work fine here. I have aLso noticed a ´THIRD´ blind settings option in Display Properties/Appearance/Advanced where you can choose to ´Always show XP taskbar defined in´ and in WindowBlinds Advanced Settings Configuration option under System, there is also an option to ´not use XP specific features´ in a skin. I wonder what would happen if I choose ´Always Show´ in the first and ´Do not show´ in the second.. hmmm.. let´s see.

Heh, now I have a Sage skinned windows and Aquarium skinned task bar.I mean.. lol
he he he grimspoon........ it´s nice to see some humor coming from you lol ..... but I think me gives up, as I´ve said in a thread at wincustomize when I did not get an answer, I´ll just sit and pick my nose until the next version comes out lol
you can pick your nose
you can pick your friends
but you can´t pick your friend´s nose LOL
Sure ya´ can!
Hold still, K-man
You got a crusty there
I´ll get it...

{:p
