Just for the record... do you have a firewall running?! That might cause the upload to fail "some times"!!
I appreciate the above suggestions...they didn´t work. Not getting a time-out message, and tried several times to reupload through the uploads manager with my firewall turned off and again its failed. The following is the exact error: Warning: Unable to open ´none´ for reading: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/virtual/skinbase/manul.php on line 140 Error Uploading File. Since I successfully uploaded 2 other skins, I can assume I am doing it all correctly on the 3rd one. I have no idea what the error above means and I would really appreciate further suggestions I can explore.....Thx

I finally got the skin to upload....took out a wav which made the zip quite a bit smaller and that seemed to work. Thanks for all the help....the response is really great here!
