Skinnable screensaver? Is that right?

I´m not sure I followed all of that, but I think steering away from using someone elses graphics (no matter who they originally came from) is a good idea.

All original content is the best way to go.

Here is something Flipper. As weird as it may look. I´m linking to a great site outsite of Skinbase that may help you. www.skinnables.org Skinnables.org as a lot of programmers that can help. Like Scare said better get away from other people graphics, Originals are better. There still people on Skinbase that will help you.

So it´s a nice idea you have there. I could change the fish for fish skeleton. That´s cool!

Hmm, is there such a thing as 3D skinning? Other than games ofcourse. YOu´d probaly need to point people to a good tool to do the meshes in then.

brub, i was told about skinnables too. i got the programming down. i just need fish modesl and fish skins to have a presentable app :) i was also told i would be told here that what i wanted to do with the graphics was a no-no, but i had to find out myself :) about the meshes, you are right craeonics, this just like what they do in quake and other skinnable games. the fish need much higher quality skins wlith alpha-blending etc... im lost in all this grpahics stuff. myabe ill wrte an app to help create the meshs and wrap the skins. the coral background is just a flat suface so that should be easy??
