bugz..... for your first wblind skin, I think you did very well :-) never mind the critics @ WC, their making more of a wise ass remarks then giving constructive opinions or suggestions..... me makes skins for me, what I like and my taste, and I like to share it if some one wants it....... as for different? whats that, the sky ihas no limitt. Please give yourself a chance :-) Different makes the world go round, it gives me a "choice"...........

Listen to Scarebear, Chichi and BruB. <BR> <BR> <BR>On the other hand... <BR>If you want to be "trendwhore" popular, :) <BR>then maybe you should look at the general techniques that popular skin authors use. <BR>Some of those include: <BR> <BR>Glass <BR>Metal <BR>Plastic <BR>Gradients <BR> <BR>Then look at popular color schemes: <BR>Blue <BR>Gray <BR>Blue/Gray <BR>Orange <BR> <BR>Now if you can take those and combine them in the right blend, you can become a "good" skinner. Quite possibly a "popular" skinner. <BR>Not what you may call an original skinner. Or an inventive one. <BR>BUT - You´ll probably get lot´s of downloads... <BR> <BR>{:p

For me it need to be black, stream-line, functional, yet beautiful and make a statement (even if in itself it mearly says "darkness is beautiful"). That´s just me though. truth is, the better you know yourself, the more you will likey you be able to make skins you´ll like. <BR> <BR>After all, can skin for yourself if you don´t know the person. ^.~
