EzPop update -help requested !-

What is the world comming to? Hotmail no longer free? aaaah well....I like yahoo..they don&acute;t cancel your accounts when ur not looking... :) and I like my instant e-mail notifacation... btw.. I have not clue how to use ezPop... but it&acute;s installed... ((shrugs)).....hope the new ezPop is filled with new skinnable goodies...bugzOut

Thanks Elwin and Snow :-) this will help me a lot !! <BR>Regarding the hotmail payment, here is what i&acute;ve done : <BR>i tried to create a new account, it asked me to fill up a form for a passport account, so i did, then to activate the mailbox, it was explained that i had to pay $19.95. Maybe i read something wrong, need to check that again then... <BR>Thibaud.

Same like Animus. I am using Ezpop since 4 Years as my default Mail-Checker. I hope the Author of Ezpop will update this great App. <br />A new Feature should be &quot;SMTP authentication&quot;. <br />I found a Way to send Mails with Ezpop although your Mail Provider requires this Feature. <br />Description from the Website: <br /> <br />Many providers require SMTP authentication to send E-Mails through their SMTP server. But old mail clients doesn&acute;t support the authentication. Now, it&acute;s time for SMTPAuth. I track more than a dozen email accounts, so this proves very useful to me. <br /> <br />@=]==> 2) You can also click on the scrolling text window and it will toggle through: - your IP address, time connected, and number of pop-ups killed. <br />

Another cool Feature of Ezpop: <br /> <br />You can use Ezpop as a Notepad. Open the Message Window -> Type your Text or copy and paste from another Source e.g. a Website -> right click in the Message Window -> Save as -> *.txt File. <br /> <br />maddox4u
