I have ahtml problem of my own, sort of... <BR> <BR>Do any of you know of a free server, no banners where I can put around 15 megs of Wallpapers for my own website. The this his. My server at the moment charges me extra if I go over my 10 gig of downlaod. Which I do. and i´m afraid that all my WP will just get my bill higher! <BR> <BR>My WP where on another free server (lycos.fr) but they discover the fact that I was using their space only as space and actually not for Web hosting. I don´t want to change host for a bigger one. I have a great service from the one I have, except for the extra charges. <BR> <BR>Does anyone know a place ¿? thanks to anyone who as a tip!

You can get more space if you want, but then you wind up in ´dedicated host´ land, which basically means you get your own machine. Bloody expensive though.
wow....I could kill a 10 to 30 meg limit in less than a week....and I too have given up on free hosting...I just bougt 2 domain names for dirt cheap....I spent 35 bucks total and got both for 2 years....anyhow..I´m looking for a good host with lots of options...and space....although I find that most don´t offer anymore space than 250megs... <BR> <BR>Xymantix who are you with... <BR> <BR>and does anyone know someone that can help me with the technical programming of a site, such as php, asp, java, shopping carts....download tracking?
Like :sb, I gave up on free hosting a couple of months ago after comcast hosed my site 3 times in a week. I really do enjoy having a professionally hosted site now, despite the expense. Great speed, capabilities, and reliability.
:snow got 30 meg free, no popup, no banners, no adds, no freaking nothing ;) ;) (well it has got some bw limit, but I ain´t getting close to that)
A few years ago it was possible to get all kinds of free hosting, but with the downfall of the dot coms, the real world finally woke up and wondered who was gonna pay the electric bills. <BR>:) <BR>Today, you´re lucky to get 10 megs without popups. And banners? <BR>puleez... :) <BR> <BR>I think we are darn fortunate to have places like Skinbase. Just think of having to pay the bills for all of this... <BR>:o

That´s a big ask. I can´t answer that for you. I gave up on ´free´ hosts a long time ago. <BR> <BR>Are all your wallpapers online at sites likes Skinbase? Most people link to their files on skin sites (but skinbase has features that prevent that ;))

Yes both of us are now on cable, but it never took me no minute either before cable, but it is so hard to judge any more...... the differences in computers and even the monitors seem to be a big problem any more, I have a Flat digital screen and every thing is so bright, and if I make my skins rich in color and easy on the eyes, then its to dark for hobnobber computer screen.......... their is no way to judge any more to make every one happy :-) again Thanks for your help :-) and thanks bugz and koasati for trying, that´s what counts any how :-)

[td valign=[center] <BR> <BR>You don´t need the bit before the word center. So that becomes [td valign=center] <BR> <BR>I also don´t think you even need the center tags before the image and after the td as you have the alignment set in the td alignment. I might email you some code :D

Your middle image has this: [td valin=[center] (I´m substituting as the html code won´t appear here :)) <BR> <BR>It should be [td valign=center] <BR> <BR>You also have an opening [center] tag for the middle image itself, but no closing tag. You have another opening tag at the end. <BR> <BR>The biggest problem though is that there is no [/td] tag. That is why your last image is linking to your second image link. <BR> <BR>I do see three images in the code, so I´d try and fix those code errors and see what happens :)
Yep, bugz is right...........they appear to be one image. <BR>btw........that´s one sloooooooow loading page.
