I don´t want to block wblinds from skinning IE or OE, then it would not skin anything in there, I don´t see a way just to block the browser´s from wblinds skinning it....... I don´t see why wblinds should block any program from skinning the IE and OE browser, those browsers are not any applc owned by Stardock..... I can understand WC browser being blocked but not IE and OE :-(

moshi I´ll go take a look, thanks for the link...... ummmm dosen´t the Y´z Toolbar only change the icons and doesn´t skin the browsers, maybe I´m wrong?
It appears to me it only changes the icons in the toolbar and does not skin the browsers, it also won´t change OE either..........
I don´t want to block wblinds from skinning IE or OE, then it would not skin anything in there, I don´t see a way just to block the browser´s from wblinds skinning it

huh?? You don´t want to exclude IE, but at the same time, you don´t want WB to skin it.
If you don´t exclude it, how do you expect it to be excluded??
Include, exclude... /me is getting confused
Koasati.... all I´m trying to do is when I have wblinds on, I should be able to use Microgarden themebar or ChangerXP to skin the browsers in IE and OE....... when I have wblinds on it skins the scrollbars and buttons and Frame, if I exclude IE and OE then wblinds won´t skin any thing, so why have wblinds on at all then.............. Example.... I have wblinds on and use media player7, media player 7 has it´s own skins and wblinds does not block it from being skinned .......... so why does wblinds have to block ALL browsers from being skinned by another program ........ hope I´m saying this clear enough!

I was hoping to find a way to tweak wblinds, like maybe through the registry wblind ini or something and tell it not to IE and OE browsers only........ I should be able to run wblinds and ChangerXP at the same time..... just like wblinds and objectbar at the same time, wblinds does not block objectbar, so why block other programs?
After checking out ChangerXP, I think I know what you´re trying to say. You want to skin the "toolbar background", like Hotbar used to do. Am I right?
Yes.......... That´´´´´s what I want :-) and wblinds won´t let these programs skin it! Is there some way around it........
Thanks Koasati, I´m off to read it now :-)
I downloaded it, but haven´t had time to install it, I will tonight, and give it a try :-)
Koatsati........ there is no choice for " Picture Options" ? I looked under X-Setup tab/ Launch-X setup wizard/ Select Wizard button / Internet / Web Browser/ Internet Explorer/ Appearance and no "picture option" to choose a bmp to use as the toollbar background, not any where looking through the entire menu?????
