I saw that on the net somewhere, and they explained how its done...... but /me don´t remember :-(

That´s awsome isn´t it? Your eyes do the same sort of thing when seeing chrome. You know its chrome, and that it´s reflecting a bunch of stuff, so your eyes can´t ever figure out what ´colors´ are really used. At least that´s the way my eyes work! Try making chrome from scratch in photoshop - it´s hard to even know where to start when picking colors.
