From our privacy policy (which I believe also appears on the skin submission page): <br /> <br />"By submitting your work to SkinBase, you also agree that you are the legal copyright holder to all said submitted works (or parts-thereof) or that you have permission from the original work´s artist. If a submitted piece of artwork is found to not be that of the submitting artist, he/she shall be responsible for any legal action that may arise due to copyright infringement." <br /> <br />So as far as I know, we didn´t really go around removing things because by uploading things to Skinbase you claim ownership or permission for the use of copyrighted material. <br /> <br />If the original owner contacts an admin and proves a copyright violation, we of course would then remove a rip. <br /> <br />
