No, I´m running Window blinds 3.? and MINE never comes back I GOOT A CRASH to get out after 15 mins.
This has a lot to do with alpha transparency support by your operating system. At the moment, there are two ways that I know to fix it. The first only works if you´re running Win98. This is by far and large a 98 issue.

First of all, in your Control Panel > System > Performance tab, set the graphics one notch off Full. That fixes a lot of inherent NVidia and Savage4 chip´s reluctance to include the mouse in its video display.

The second way is a cheap temporary fix. Open your display settings (right click on the desktop > Properties). Go to the settings tab. Press OK. This sets the proper transparency expectation in the graphics card.

I HOPE this helped.
I have WXP and running wblinds and cursorXP and it happens to me a lot to...... it seems to me when ever I hit a site that has some "flash" on it my cursor disappears and every thing is frozen , can not move or bring up alt/delete to shut down the cursorXP, seems to me when I´ve run cursorXP with NO Windowblinds, I don´t have that problem.
I had this problem a while back and after a long drawn out process of elimination it was a conflict with another application.
In my case it was AceClock. :(
