/me seconds Koa´s motion on a single, non-catagorized msgboard. If it ever gets at a stage there´s posted in more than 5 threads a day, I´m gonna be out of touch...
Hmmm...I too like the personal pages at deviant and I´d like to design my own here...I also like the concept behind thier Id cards perhaps we could have a personal image of our own to display that´s larger than our personal Icon....I like AU´s multiple personal icon functions...it would be nice to have more than one readily available for a rainy day...As always I think the skin navigation could be worked on and simplified...and I think multiple uploads of a same design should be placed in a group and counted as 1 skin with x amount of variations to give others a chance to see their name on the top of the monthly uploads chart...because it´s always dominated by the same person every month and it´s aways nothing more than 10 thousand coppies of 1 design...I think the recent upload thumbnails should be an option for the main page so that I could see it when ever I log on...

Where you can upload one main picture (a suite logo maybe) and then, when you click on that a new page will open with all the skins for that suite. Maybe that page can have its own skin (just as the personnal profiles on artuproar) <br /> <br />I dont think any of the other sites has that (but since i never browse devart and deskmod im not sure...)
We now have the option to use the old style skins sections menu or the new menu. It would be nice if the old style menu actually worked, once I left the Edit Profile page. :D
And........ I personally would love to see the catagorized MessgaeBoard done away with. <br />

I´m also thinking a wider layout would be better...maybe it will even reduce the amount of scrolling...and keep the stats...and allow for more awards, maybe based on the top 10 appz so that it´s not as biased as it always is (ie icons, winamp, the shell that snowman ports stuff to) ;) ...maybe even have skin of the day,week and month...
I was thinking a box for "updated mods" would be kinda cool...that way people could see if a mod they use has been updated, and so people wouldn´t have to re-upload stuff just to get the word out.
I know that the skin of the day and month exist....I was saying maybe a skin of the week could be added...

Hrm, I could ofcourse have more latest threads displayed, I see... still. On layout, skinbase always struck me with displaying a huge amount of options from frontpage. While the options are good, display suffers, I always have to look closely before clicking. Dunno, hide some stuff in menu´s (there also must be faster menu options then currently for skin sections ?...), merge some things, maybe delete some (top 10 categories, who´s online ?).
I like the who´s online personnaly, this way I know if I should post or not. Let´s say JamesT is on the site, there will surely be a flood of icons, this way i´ll wait to post <br /> <br />(jus jokin´ mr T)

We just don´t publish them the right way. :( <br /> <br />When you vote for the Monthly skin, you are selecting the winner from the weekly winners. Daily Skins get a bronze medal. Weekly get Silver and the Monthly winner gets the gold. So if you see any Silver medals, they were a weekly winner :)

I´d like to see private messages on the site...it would make things easier than having all the messages go into a users email when they wish to contact another skinbase member. Maybe the ability to edit comments and forums posts would be a nice touch as well :) <br /> <br />Other than that I really like Skinbase´s features. As for a new look...I´ll leave that to the other members.
An all-in-one profile page... all the different bits amalgamated. ;)
I like the idea that WC has for being able to see when you have new comments on your personal skins that haven´t been read instead of just new comments for the day.

Maybe a box in the left or right (or whereever it will fir in the new sitedesign..) that shows your personnal information -> new Personnal messages, new comments on your profile / skins, "alerts" that you can set etc..
