The best tool I know of that can edit/make/convert icons is Microangelo, but it will only allow you to convert to .gif <br /> <br />link for more info: http://www.impactsoft.com

You need an editor, I use Icon Cool and will convert to .bmp, jpg, gif.... but I never tried it that way, I only converted the opposite way :-)

IrfanView is free and allows you to save to almost all known image file formats. Just open your icon and then choose &acute;Save As&acute;. <br /> <br />http://www.irfanview.com

Listen to Scarebear. IrfanView can even batch convert them for ya. Oh, and convert to .gif or .png, not .jpg.
