Ok..well I own u all an explanation and how I look this things.. <br />1. I never distributed some artwork as my own if it was not mine..that were all wallpapers on the first site...none of this were mine..and I never said that they are mine!! On the second page are my wallpapers and there I wrote that they are mine. I never knew that the wallpapers from other creators ( such a movie, game walls...etc..) is forbidden to put them on the homepage, even if I write from whi they are...but why then are on the net milion sites that do this...noone told me this..I thought if other do this, why not me..?! <br />So I put this wallpapers without knowing who they belong, because there is no designer signs on it...and I have it for years, moths..and I never distributed them as my own! <br />2. I apologize to - bugzlitey..he know for what- I didnt know its his and if I would, tell me,who would be so stupid to said this is mine...especialy if we are both here at skinbase...think people...! <br />I didnt know lots of things...and someoe could warn me or tell me something...not that u all speak about me here and not let me knowing about this...! <br />3. and one more thing: Snowman said: cant blame him for not trying... <br />what I want to say...I didnt try anything ! The thing is: I didnt know, that I should not do this...because there are thousend of private homepages that have wallpapers from others, such a movie, game, nature wallpapers...so I think that this is not illegal as long the copyright sign is on it or the author and as long u dont delete this. <br />And as long noone told me what I did wrong and as long noone try to understand me or ask me why i did what I did...u should not say such things..and describing me as a bad person and want to bang me out without saying something to me... <br />I apologize to all who felt that I did something wrong to them..I will try to give more atention to such things.. <br />but I would be happy if someone explain me the whole situation..and why are other skins I named it, not rips..because slowly I dont know any more whats right and what not... <br />there are so much copyright sites and some said so, some different...

and at least...the walls were not on the Skinbase site..so I didnt do something wrong on your site...that way I dont understand why sudenly everyone wants me out of here...but noone says me in MY FACE! <br /> <br />The RULES are not the same on the whole world and on the each homepage!!! Hey Zero....When it comes to websites you can put whatever you wish on them...ie it&acute;s yours....but when you upload something that you have not created you should ask permission first or make sure it&acute;s ok before you use it....<br> <br /> <br />Now...You may not realize it but you <b>did</b> claim every wallapaper on your site was yours in two ways. When I went to your site and clicked on wallpapers the first thing I noticed was<b> &quot;Wallpapers by ZeroCool&quot; </b> and the second was <b> All wallpapers on this site are property of ZeroCool,© 2003! </b>...Naturally a person would than scroll down to see what you created...If I see a wallpaper of mine or someone elses, than the statements above are no longer true...and I begin to lose my mine...<br> <br /> <br />However, It would have been ok &quot;if&quot; you had it in a seperate section like &quot;Wallpaper by others&quot;, and than gave credit to everyone with a design on your page...Though some would probably like a courtasy e-mail saying &quot;hey I liked such and such wallpaper and I put it in my favorite wallpaper section on my website giving you full credit, I hope that&acute;s ok&quot;, while others would prefer you ask...I usually give permission when others ask to use my designs...and am usually honored that they wanna do so...But I&acute;d rather not be shocked by finding it on someones site...I&acute;d rather be told that it&acute;s there...<br> <br /> <br />I can understand that you didn&acute;t know...but now you do...so in the future be carefull how you do things, and ask questions if you don&acute;t know the policy...bugzOut

I just had a quick look at the site again..... <br />By first look three images/pictures/wallpapers jumps right in my face and screams &quot;RIPPER&quot;. <br /> <br />But if <b>you</b> can&acute;t spot&acute;em I can give you a couple of hints: <br /> <br />1) The fast and the furious <br />Unless ZeroCool had something to do with the actual shooting of &quot;The Fast and The Furious&quot; this pictures is a <b>copyright violation</b>! <br /> <br />2) The two iMacs <br />The fact that ZeroCool is distributing the two iMac picture is a clear violation of the <b>copyright</b> by the original author <b>whos name is clearly printed on both pictures</b>!! ZeroCool can&acute;t even claim that &quot;*duuuh* that&acute;s my real name&quot; because those two pictures are <b>copyrighted two different people</b>! <br /> <br />So dude, unless you or ZeroCool can come up with some damn good explanation for the redistribution of at least these three pituctures OR a permission to redistribute them from <b>the original authors</b> I really don&acute;t see no reason for any further reaction from your side other than removing at least those three pictures!!
