ha! I´m all for it.... seing as how an app skin will more than likely get picked over any wallpaper in most month, reguardless of its dowload statis. Reward people for their efforts....especially the newbies...

hmmm i agree with xenu <br />it´d be a good idea to have monthly skin and wallpaper ´stead of making them compete against each other, because at least to me skins and walls are verry different animals <br />
hmm... why seperate walls from skins?? Sure they are two diff categories, but if we all of a sudden start giving seperate awards for walls, what keeps other from "demanding" awards for best photo, screenshot, etc etc?!?! <br />I say, let things be as they are. So if a wallpaper gets monthly award it´s on the <b>same terms</b> as all the other monthly´s!!
