I believe Hotbar is a spyware Spoonman, but it´s your choice. Get some information on how to modify your toolbar here http://www.virtualplastic.org and here http://wint.virtualplastic.net/

errr... Hoverdesk doesnt change the application windows in any way... you are aware of that, right?! But Hoverdesk is a great app and my fav! Wise choice :D :D :]
