a lot of skinners are aprehensive about doing "themed" skins based on tv shows/movies etc. Mostly since the images are owned by the authors and making a skin without concent would be a breach of copyright. So finding one may be very difficult. There is a link for a kazza skin tutorial on this site so if you´d like to make one for your own personal use I suggest you take a crack at it.
