:snow ok, then my second guess would be the board at WinCusto, but then again as I recall you don´t like WinCusto.... or is my memory playing me tricks again ;)
/me kicks in the open door<BR><BR>Please check the post above mine for the answer, Jafo.
Elwin: "... I swear I´m going to start dispensing Prozac ..."<BR><BR>Can I have some? :p
God only knows what I have said to deserve this response.<BR>If someone has issues with my conduct or comment please elucidate. I´m intrigued.<BR>I´ve read this thread from top to bottom, and cannot see a reason at all.
Damn. I was afraid something like this would happen.<BR>I swear I´m going to start dispensing Prozac at the entrance to every skin site forum... :(
Jafo you just don´t know when enough is enough, ya just gots to piss some one off or your just not a happy camper> geeeeeish grow-up, I was getting answers to my question until you now have taken it off topic........ Thanks to the other skinners for trying to help me, I´m out of here, its all yours jafo
Oh...now who is getting uptight with who?<BR>I didn´t even mention names...I was, in fact, referring to people in general with regards to the use of Beta proggies.....Stop being so damn defensive.<BR>The world is not all about ´you´.
I have no problem with beta version programs, if you can follow some one´s comment you would clearly see that it was a personal opinion of "why" I purchased wblinds..... also if you could read and follow the topic and not "only" my comment, my "question" is very clear above, I don´t need you jafo on my back again and being educated or put down etc, if you have an answer to the question GREAT. I did not post this question to start another name calling or flaming war in here too!
That´s my understanding of beta. It´s a pre-release. I´ve tested alphas :)
Some people are willing to help sort out bugs....just so they can play with a proggy sooner than wait for a bug-free release. Even Microsoft does the same thing. I don´t see any problem with it. If you want a Beta proggy....have it with bugs...if you don´t want bugs....wait till it is out of Beta...;)
Never heard of what???? In componet manager under the news tab there is 8 pages "advertisement" that I printed out on the new version of wblinds 3 which has a .UIS 3 file that is suppose to have a "New Langauge" and I was looking for that information and the "terms" for the "new langauge" Then I go up on the Stardock site and the only thing I can find up there is the same 8 page print out, just telling you the same information on how great the new features are and the new langauge in the .UIS file.... I don´t like installing something that has a lot of bugs to be worked out, but since it is offered to the object desktop user, then the information should also be available too. I don´t pay yearly to work out windowblind3 bugs... I think they should pay me instead to cause my computer problems and report all bugs to Stardock, so they can get it ready for a released version, don´t ya think thats kind of backwords?
Never heard of it. Maybe it is worth the risk installing (whatever it is that uses UIS3 (WindowBlinds 3?)) and open up one of the UIS files to find out?
Nope I don´t beleive I´ve ever said I don´t like the place...... but it figures no info on the UIS file langauge any where to be found, just pay $35 yearly to work out the programs bugs, go figure ..... now I´m just getting pissed off and rambling, to sick right now to be getting upset........ Thanks Snowman, stay safe :-)
I have been there and I can not find it on there site, I emailed frogboy but no answer yet.... Thanks snowman :-)
