Open the folder where you have installed Sysmetrix, Probably C:\Program Files\Sysmetrix, then double click on the file that says Sysmetrix help file. and read on.

Right click on either the sysmetrix icon in the system tray or the sysmetrix skin that is running on the desktop. Select "SysMetrix Configuration". Look in the "Theme Browser" section. Double Click the theme you want to use. <br /> <br />When you download a new theme, unzip the contents to a folder and copy the folder to your ´Sysmetrix\Themes´ folder. It will then show up in the Theme Browser list.
