for win95/98 - unzip the images (logos.sys and logow.sys) to \windows for XP - you need a third party application to apply those files, ex. LogonStudio - http://www.logonstudio.com

Hi cfaub :) If it is Logon.xp file you need Logon Studio from http://software.deviantart.com/details/254/ (it is free). If it is Logonui.exe file you can get the Logon Loader from this link :http://software.deviantart.com/details/240/ Then everything is very easy ;)

yeah, I snooped around long enough and found that out. . . I absolutely love the ones I´ve got there now. . . or maybe I just really hated the standard one. . . yeah, that definitely plays a REALLY large role. Anyway, enjoy your new startup/shutdown screens! =]
