hi... btw which skin did u download... <br /> <br />anyways the basic process is unzip the files into one folder then copy tht folder into the skins folder of trillian.... <br /> <br />then in trillian goto prefrences-->skins <br />click on "Launch Skin Chosser" button....then <br />select the skin from the dropdown menu....(SIMPLE) and then reload trillian.... <br /> <br />and if this was the procedure tht u tried earlier then i cant see a better possible solution to the problem... <br /> <br />then just reinstall trillian.... 🌙 <br /> <br /> OR <br /> <br />check if tht skin´s folder contains a "trillian.xml" file or not.... if not then tht skin will not load.... <br /> :smile: :smile: :sb
