Doreen, thanks for the input. I have tried several different schemes on yahoo messenger and they all seem to be missing the same components once I apply them.
hmmmm sorry tb_wb if the skins are like icq plus, me thinks the paths to the icons are not right or something. not really sure though since it may be diff then icq plus...<BR>keep messing around in the config box and see if there is a place where you can run the paths to the directory of the skin file, I´m sure someone will come back and help you, I think chichigirl does these skins...

Apparently you have installed yahoo´s latest update on messenger? If so they have caused problems with the M/over buttons and they are not showing up any more....... The only thing I know I have to do is update every single messenger skin and change the buttons, and when I do that there will be NO mouse/over buttons, just one picture for the button :-(
tb_wb, I had the same prob today. It sucks! We just have to live with it. :( The eviroment pics are cool & funky. Enjoy them.
