Interactive entertainment software company Electronic Arts Inc. and Nintendo of America Inc., a unit of Japanese video game maker Nintendo Co. said Monday they will dismiss a lawsuit against Yahoo Inc. as part of an agreement to prevent the sale of counterfeit video game products on the Internet media company´s auctions and classified sites. <BR>
