iNet-Tabs hits the big 1.0!

OK I´ll do it the easy way: a little cut and paste :)

At Last! Version 1 is unleashed. I think most of the bugs have been squashed and with the help of Snowman (cheers mate) all seems to be well. Sorry it´s been so long since the last update but things have been really busy for me. Anyway, here´s what´s new:

- Ability to open favourites in a new tab.
- You can now set up a default tab layout that is loaded each time iNet-Tabs is started.
- Favourites can be cropped at a defined length to stop the menu becoming too wide for the screen.
- In-Line auto complete can now be used in the address bar. If you have been having problems with iNet-Tabs freezing, select this option.
- Download queue added.
- Page link ripper added. Now you can rip HTTP links from a page and download them all automatically.
- Double clicking on a tab now closes it.
- Lots of tweaks and bug fixes.
- Help file updated and added to.
