I remember downloading the Preview release a while ago, and then recently the second one and I promised myself I would not touch it again it was, slow, ugly, and didnt funtion properly, but damm they made a good recovery, they finnaly released Netscape 6 with a heap of new actually usefull features, and guess waht an amazing skinable feature, the default "Modern" skin is really welldone, well go to http://netscape.com/ to get your NS6 for Mac or PC and try it out, although I reccomend you have a little more than 64 megs of RAM !
