Netscape 6 Preview Release 3 is here ...

Here are the highlights of what´s new in this version:

Redesigned Look and Feel Preview Release 3 features an updated version of the Modern theme, one of the several optional new looks that we introduced in PR2, the previous release. We´ve redesigned it, though, so it´s more contemporary, fun and fresh and makes navigation even easier. If you prefer, you can still choose the Classic theme that looks more Netscape´s earlier browsers, instead. You can switch according to your mood, too, just by using the View menu.

Address Book Sync With the new Address Book Sync feature, you can synchronize your Netscape 6 personal address book with your Netscape WebMail address book, then access your contact information on the Web, using any browser. Now, no matter where you are, all of your contact information is always right there with you, too.

New Tabs for My Sidebar My Sidebar is already a hit with both day-to-day users and developers (see description below if you´re new to this entirely new version of Netscape). We´ve added a Calendar tab to help you manage your business and personal life, plus one called Netscape, which delivers news updates to your desktop throughout the day.
