Some improvments

We added some new features here at skinbase.org. We improved chat, news sections. Maybe you already notice that we improved our chat section. Now is working much better and require flash. <BR>The other improvement is directly in this section :) We minimize logos and add new links for add comments, view comments and how many times news was read. <BR>We change a little our design some menus were moved from left to right. From now on you can find all sections on the left other stuff on the right. And there is also option Show empty and Hide empty. This one will hide or show the sections which are empty on our server.
